Services for Carolyn Jean Wallace, age 62, of Tyler will be 2 p.m. Friday at Tyler Memorial Funeral Home with Bro. Chris Gunter and the Rev. Charles D. Strength officiating. Ms. Wallace was born on June 25, 1951, in Tyler to Barney Lee and Imogene Bearden Glasscock and passed away on July 22, 2013, in Tyler. She lived in Tyler all of her life, a graduate of John Tyler High School, and attended Park Heights Assembly of God Church. She loved to sing, and gospel music was her joy.Survivors include sons, Ben L. Williamson and wife Melissa, of Fredericksburg, Va., Justin R. Williamson and wife Lacey, of Oakland, Calif.; grandchildren, Seth and Morgan Williamson, both of Fredricksburg, Va.; sister, Sandra Ward and husband Mitch, of Tyler; favorite nephew, Chris Williams and wife Shauna, of New Chapel Hill; great-niece, Carlie Williams, of New Chapel Hill; great-nephew, Kace Williams; and numerous family and friends; pets, Smokey and Luke.
