Alan passed away a number of years ago from complications caused by alcohol abuse. He was my brother in law, and a good guy. He could play guitar and knew how to have a good time, just didn't know when to stop. He is missed.

Alan was such a nice fellow. I met him through Glenn Sparkman when Glenn and Denise started dating. We had a lot of fun together.

I can remember hiding in Alan's trunk with Carter Pannel as we snuck into the drive-in theater. He was a good friend. So sad to hear of his passing.

Alan and I did a lot of runnin' around. Listened to a lot of music together.  I last saw Alan back in the 80's when he was living and working in Houston. He was still partying hard then. I've thought about him many times over the years. May he rest in peace.

Alan was a good friend. I can still remember hiding in the trunk of Alan's old Dodge? car(with the reverse gear out) with Carter Pannell, and sneaking into to the drive-in movie. One day in Kenneth Pruitt's chemistry class Alan was approached by Mr.Pruitt, as he noticed Alan had cigarettes in in his shirt pocket. Mr. Pruitt said, "Graham, I can't believe a fine upstanding young fellow like, you would stoop so low as to smoke?". Pruitt paused, and then asked, "Can you spare a couple cigarettes until this afternoon? Kenneth Pruitt is still alive, and still smokes!
