Information Relative to Parking and Security for Attending Honor Flights at Reagan National

1. Parking:  As of this update, parking is no longer paid for by the Airport Authority/Sponsoring Airline.  It is strongly recommended that you review the information about parking BOTH on airport property and nearby hotels.   Here is the link:  Parking Options

 2. Security:  IMPORTANT NOTE:  We must provide Full Name and DOB for all singers/guests who will be welcoming the flights.   We MUST provide this information 12 hours in advance of the flight arrival time.  IF YOU ARE SINGING OR JUST ATTENDING, YOU MUST PROVIDE YOUR INFORMATION ON OUR WEBSITE (www.wpalumnigleeclub.org) VIA THE SURVEY "COMMIT TO SING 2022" 

3.  Gate Passes:

• Park in the C Terminal (DO NOT USE A OR B) parking garage.  Parking spaces fill up quickly and early.   PLAN AHEAD or use Metro or use a nearby off airport parking option (see link above the reserve).
• After parking (or arriving at the C Terminal), you will go to level two of the garage and walk down towards the terminal.   Once you get past the entrance to Metro, which will be on your right, things will look different.  Just beyond the Metro entrance, on your left, there will be an airport info counter.   Around the corner from that, Carole from American Airlines will be there with your passes,  using a podium saying Honor Flight Gate Passes.

• Once  you pass thru security, you will arrive where there is a large American Flag that hangs from the ceitling in the terminal.   You will then GO LEFT and THEN RIGHT to the arrival gate.
