CLASS LUNCHEONS

We continue to have our class luncheons at Riverside Restaurant, generally on the last friday of the month. Last friday, May 3rd, we had our luncheon with almost 20 present.  We discussed the plans for our 65th reunion at the Fullerton Inn on June 15th riight after the parade from 1 to 4 pm.

We had previously reserved the Inn with a tentative menu, including $100 to hold it.  We have had a delay in finalizing the menu due to staff changes at the Inn and their focus on Mothers Day.  Our goal now is to firm up the meal choices right after Mothers Day, and get a letter and email out by the 15th to everyone.  When you receive it, please respond by filling out the bottom of the letter with your meal choice and a check made out to SHS Class of '59 and send it back to Pat Martin, Treasurer.  Please also consider sending a donation to help defray the expanses of our reunion acrivities.

The theme this year is "AT THE FAIR".  Marcia Graham is comming on May15th and is working on the float plans. More information will be coming in  the letter.

With our aging class I would like to ask members to notify us when they hear of the death of a classmate.  We mainly only hear about ones local to the home area.  Include a link to the obituary, newspaper, date and location, etc.  It will make it easier to locate info we need for posting.  We try to keep the class informed thru this site. Pete and I will thank you, Ralph.
