John Thurber's passing:

 

I received the following notice from Pete Daniels--

Hi Wink, I just read John Thurber's obituary in today's Eagle Times. He passed away peacefully Sunday December 18, 2012, at his home after a brave battle with lung and brain cancer. Funeral service will be held at 1:00pm on December 22 at Davis Memorial Chapel. Friends may call from noon to 1:00pm. Contributions may be made in his honor to the Norris Cotton Cancer Center
