There were many people in our class that I was and continue to be close to given geographic limitations. Susan was someone I always regarded as a friend in high school even though we weren't that close. She was definitely a person I remember with great fondness and I'm sorry to hear of her passing

Susie was my date to the Sophomore Dance, (or did we call it Party). She was fun, energetic and had a great smile. From what I read, she had a full life and wonderful family. I will always remember her.
My condolences to Susie's friends and family.
Linda J. Blombach (Goebel)
Susie was one of my dearest friends. We were in the same homeroom and did many things together. I remember her cottage at the lake and also that her Dad who was so good to me. We went shopping downtown Fort Wayne and I drove my brother's stick shift car. When we were going up the parking garage I hugged the middle too close and caved in the passenger door. I was devestated, but Susie told me to go to her Dad's filling station on Lake & Anthony. He used a plunger and popped the door back out! I was so relieved as I feared my big brother, Mike, would deck me. I remember Roger and Susie going to the Sophomre dance as we double dated for that event. What fun. Susie always had a smile on her face and was so much fun to be around. Dear Susie, rest in peace. My condolences to her family.
