Such a tragedy that Steve had to die in Vietnam. I've never forgotten what a nice person he was.
Michael F. Pletcher
I remember Steve L.Weiss very well. In fact, Steve lived just a few blocks from me and we hung around frequently.. He was to young to die in a war which many Americans disagreed. I served in Viet Nam after completing my Master's degree. I was a Navy man and for a year was stationed with RVAH1 aboard the USS Ranger. I was fortunate after to selected for a 3 year assigment at the Orgnaizational and Human Resources Development Command. Steve was not so fortunate. Drafted right out of high school to die in a war in which no one was welcomed home-dead or alive. Rest in peace, my dear friend. I will never ever forget you. Michael F. Pletcher
