In 1923 the second Junior/Senior High School in Holdrege, located next to Burlington Avenue, opens for grades 7th thru 12th. Our class attended grades 7 - 9 there. A new Senior High School opened in 1961 where we attended grades 10th - 12th. This school was then used only for 7th thru 9th grade.
