Band day at the University of Nebraska (Lincoln) was a big event for the Holdrege High School Band. You can see a small arrow on the field that we occupied. This event took place in the fall of 19644 when we were juniors.

The Band Trip to Winnipeg Canada was the highlight for us in 1966, We won the first place trophy in the marching division and tourth place in the concert. I can't say which was the most enjoyable part of this adventure, the competition or the fun we had on the Buses going to and from the event.
