AHEARN. Gerald "Jerry", age 61, of Lodi formerly of Saddle Brook. Vietnam War Marine Vet., Commander of American Legion Post 142, Maywood, Past Commander of Post #415, Saddle Brook, former Manager of Auto Supply Co., West-wood. Survivors are former wife, Kathleen Velardi, one son Daniel and his wife, one sister Kathleen McNally and her husband Bill, one brother Joseph Ahearn and his wife Carol, two grandchildren; Jasmine and Kathlyn, and soon to be Sofia. Relatives and friends arein-vited to attend the Funeral from the Kugler Funeral Home on Saturday, 8:30 AM, 311 Fifth St., Saddle Brook. Funeral Mass at St. Philips R.C. Church, 9:30 AM. Visiting hours are Friday, 2-4 and 7-9 PM.

As Bill McNally can confirn to it Jerry, Bill and myself were all friends . Bill and Jerry wrote back and forth and Bill would keep me up to date about Jerry and let him know that I said for him to say Hi Jerry for me. That was while Bill and I were both stationed at the same Air Force base in SC. Ran into Jerry a few years ago and he didn't look to well back then. Jerry old friend I miss you and wish that you have seen the Face of God.
