    OAK BLUFFS - G. Joseph ''JoJo'' Potter, 57, died June 24 at his home.
     He was the husband of Gayle Dabal Potter.
     Mr. Potter earned a bachelor's degree from New York University in 1970.
     He first came to Martha's Vineyard in 1970. He was a summer ''peace officer'' before forming two manufacturing and wholesale clothing enterprises between 1973 and 1996.
     He began Hindu Kush in India and Afghanistan in 1973 and Cotton Colors Inc., based in New York City, in 1980.
     In 1997, he co-founded the APS organization that designed and developed iontrophoretic instruments for non-invasive, self-administered drug delivery. He also rose venture funding for APS.
     He held a black belt in tae kwon do.
