Margaret Lee

Lee, Margaret (nee) Knoeller, age 100, of New Tripoli, PA, formerly of Bogota, NJ and Jersey City, NJ, passed away on January 24, 2013. She was the beloved wife of the late George Lee for 60 years, the loving mother of Susan, wife of Gene Cort of Reading, MA, and Janet, wife of Ronald Werley of New Tripoli, PA, and the adoring grandmother of John Werley married to Katherine of Marina Del Rey, CA, and Susan Slater married to Andrew of Reading, MA. She is survived by her loving brother, Richard Knoeller and was predeceased by her sister, Catharine DeMartino and brother, Andrew Knoeller. She is also survived by loving nieces and nephews.

Margaret received bachelor's and master's degrees from Montclair State University. She taught English and was a guidance counselor at Bogota High School, Bogota, NJ.

She was a member and past President of the Bogota Women's Club and a member

of Bogart Memorial Church.

Relatives and friends are invited to visit Friday, 3-6 p.m. and Saturday at 10 a.m. prior to the funeral service at the Volk Leber Funeral Home, 789 Teaneck Rd., Teaneck, NJ. Interment will follow at George Washington Memorial Park.
