Ms. Christine ( Chriiisss) Annette (Palmer) Brown, of Covington, Georgia, born on November 16, 1942 in Newton County, Georgia, to the late Ozella Palmer and the late Lacy Palmer, passed away at age 75 on July 18, 2018 in Coronado, California. Christine was married to Richard Brown. Christine is survived by her daughter, Angela; sister, Joyce; and friends, Ms. Gwen, Ms. Ginger, Ms. Diane, Ms. KT, Ms. Nancy and just about the entire city of Imperial Beach. She also leaves behind her greatly loved, highly obnoxious dog, Mr. Borris. Christine had a passion for everything she did, especially giving orders, taking control and showing you how it s done. She always put friends and family first and greeted everyone with a smile. She will always be remembered as Imperial Beach s Georgia Peach. Friends and family are welcome to attend the celebration of life service on Friday, July 27 at 4:00 p.m., Imperial Beach, California.
