Phillip D. White

Phillip D. White of Covington
died unexpectedly at his residence
February 21. He was 46.

A Newton County native, he was
a U. S. Navy veteran. At the time
of his death he was employed by
the Bibb Manufacturing Company.

Survivors include his wife,
Mrs. Jane Stokes White of Covington
two sons, Phillip White and
W. Zachary White, both of Covington
and a brother, Larry T. White also
of Covington.

Services were February 24 from the chapel of J. C. Harwell Funeral
Home with the Rev. W. A. Childers
officiating.

Serving as pallbearers were Tony Edwards, Jerry Wheeler,
Donald Long, Craig Lackey;' Jimmy Lackey and Eric Lackey.

Burial was in the Covington Mills Cemetery with J. C. Harwell and Son Funeral Home of Covington in charge of arrangements.
