BY USING THIS SITE AND/OR BY PLACING A TICKET REQUEST ON THIS SITE, YOU ARE AGREEING TO THE FOLLOWING TERMS AND CONDITIONS. PLEASE READ THEM CAREFULLY BEFORE MAKING A TICKET REQUEST.
WHO WE ARE AND WHAT WE ARE DOING
Crestwood Reunion is the name of the group holding an all-class series of events, Crestwood High 60s-70s-80s Reunion, during the days of August 6, 7 and 8, 2010. Friday morning event, 8/6/10, is a Golf Outing, being held at Salem Hills Golf Club (8810 W. 6 Mile Road, west of Currie Road, Northfield, MI) starting at 10 a.m. Friday evening’s event will be held at Crestwood High School in Dearborn Heights, MI, from 6-8:30 p.m. There will be a casual mixer with the opportunity to walk the halls of the school and socializing. Saturday’s main Reunion Event will be held on private property at U.G.A.R.S.-Cass Lake (United German American Recreation Society), 2222 Oak Park Drive, West Bloomfield, MI from 12a-12p.
1. PURCHASING AND PRICE OF TICKETS
ClassCreator.com is a safe and secure online ticket sales location. You can be assured of a safe, secure transaction. Ticket prices for various offerings over the course of our reunion weekend are posted at the purchasing portal. The tickets offered through ClassCreator.com are for sale and fulfilled by Crestwood Reunion and ClassCreator.com, who are listing the ticket. Crestwood High School, Dearborn Heights, Michigan, ALUMNI ONLY are allowed to purchase tickets, and only for yourself and a guest. You will be required to provide your alumni status at the time of ticket purchase. THERE WILL BE NO TICKET SALES AT THE DOOR, pre-event ticket sales only. All ticket sales are limited to the Crestwood Reunion officers’ discretion.
The tickets purchased by you through ClassCreator.com will be 100% authentic and a receipt delivered to you electronically. Once your purchase is confirmed, the ticket confirmation you receive is not only your receipt of purchase, but your ticket to get into the event. No one can enter this event with out this authentic receipt of ticket purchase. You hereby agree to and understand this.
2. RETURNS
There are no refunds, exchanges, or cancellations on any request once it is submitted to us. This policy is in place because when you place your ticket request, we will secure your purchase for you and it will provide us the information necessary to fulfill obligations to put on this event. Please order tickets only after you are certain you want them.
3. PRICES
Prices for event tickets and what is included for the ticket prices are posted at the purchasing portal.
4. ORDER CONFIRMATION/PROCESSING
Immediately after you submit your request for tickets, you will receive an email notifying you that we have received your request. Once the requested tickets have been secured by us, your credit card will be charged and you should receive an Order Confirmation or link to print your tickets confirming that your request has been finalized. If you have not heard from us, or have only received a confirmation that we received your ticket request, please email crestwoodreunion@gmail.com to check on your order. NEVER make an assumption about the status of your order because you have not been contacted by us. Orders may not be cancelled due to problems with receipt of emails.
5. CREDIT CARD PURCHASES
Please note that purchases by credit card do not grant any variances from our Terms and Conditions. You are still responsible for complying with our Terms and Conditions. Any attempts to defraud Crestwood Reunion and ClassCreator.com may result in legal and criminal action brought against you. ClassCreator.com will notify local and federal law enforcement authorities in cases of fraud or suspected fraud and aggressively and fully cooperates with investigations.
6. EVENT DATES AND TIMES
Event dates and times printed on your receipt of authenticity, and in any correspondence from Crestwood Reunion and ClassCreator.com are not subject to change. These events (listed in “who we are and what we’re doing” section of this document) will happen come rain or shine. You agree that Crestwood Reunion and ClassCreator.com are not responsible for inclement weather and no refunds will be issued for any ticket purchases through our portal.
7. SERVICE CHARGE
The service charge helps Crestwood Reunion recover some of the costs associated with processing payments and securing tickets, as well as guaranteeing that every ticket on the site is authentic.
8. TICKET DELIVERY
A receipt of authenticity will be sent to the email address you provided once your tickets are confirmed by Crestwood Reunion and ClassCreator.com. The acceptance of electronically delivered receipt specifically means you cannot dispute the charges to your credit card for delivery related matters.
9. LOST OR STOLEN TICKETS/RECEIPTS
When you receive your receipt, keep it in a safe place. If something should occur, you have lost the email and the receipt printout, please contact us at crestwoodreunion@gmail.com, we’ll work with you to resolve the problem.
10. TRANSLATION POLICY
There are no language translation abilities in this purchase portal. All language is in US English and payments must be in US dollars.
11. LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY
Crestwood Reunion and ClassCreator.com is not responsible for providing transportation or reimbursement of travel-related expenses under any circumstances. Nor are we responsible for any delay causing you to arrive late or miss your event for any reason. Crestwood Reunion and/or ClassCreator.com are not responsible for the conditions or the actions of the attendees at this event.
The largest reunion event, Saturday, August 7, 2010, 12p – 12a, is BYOB event and no sales of liquor of any kind will take place on the UGARS property during the course of this event. Every attendee is responsible for themselves. No one under the age of 21 is allowed as an event participant. There will be no lifeguard on duty by the beach, nor any dock attendants as docking at the property is prohibited due to the shallowness of the waters near the property. No boats allowed. Attendees are expected to look after each other and the grounds and be responsible adults with regard to leaving the grounds in better than acceptable condition once the event is complete. In case of accident or injury, there are no formal provisions for first aid or emergency care on the grounds, however, local authorities will be alerted about the event and will be contacted immediately in case of an emergency and a First Aid Kit will be available.
The tickets that you purchase from us are valid. In the event that we are required to seek legal remedies to recover fees and/or resolve disputes, customer agrees that we are entitled to recover all costs associated with such action by the customer, including but not limited to reasonable attorney's fees and administrative costs, within the jurisdiction of the State of Michigan.
By making a ticket purchase for any and all of the events for the Crestwood Reunion, you agree to these terms and conditions.
