Digitize CHS Yearbooks Project!

We’re raising money to help digitize history for Crestwood High School (to include Haston, 63, 64, 65 grad years) of Dearborn Heights, Michigan! It has been a goal of your alumni association and it’s all coming to fruition!

Dating back to Haston, 1962, we have assembled all of the Crestwood School District high school’s yearbooks (except Haston 63), which are being stored at Crestwood High School. We’ve partnered with a digitization company that will convert the yearbooks to virtual flip books which will be hosted online. This will allow our alumni to browse, search and share with family and friends as we all relive memories of our CHS years!

The donation to digitize a yearbook is a one-time fee of $100. You can donate the entire $100 to sponsor your graduating class yearbook or donate a partial amount towards the digitizing of your yearbook. We will keep a record of partial amounts and digitize your class yearbook once we get $100. This money will get your yearbook converted and posted. This amount will cover everything, any overage will go right to the CHSAA. Digitizing our yearbooks will make them accessible to everyone near and far!

The Alumni Association will send all sponsored yearbooks to be digitized in batches of 11+. As soon as that batch amount is reached, we will initiate the digitization project, and the flipbooks should be viewable on our site within a month of sending in the batch of yearbooks. Your CHSAA will monitor the yearbook conversions from start to finish.

After yearbooks are digitized if you should, as an individual, want a printed version of your digital yearbook, let us know and we will send the information and pricing to you.

We will post what years are scanned and available at the host site by posting links to their location when they are complete.
