Wilbur H Weaver

("Wil", "Willy" and "Pop Pop") passed away on August 5 at the age of 69. Formally of Rochelle Park, NJ, Wil was raised in Maywood, NJ by his parents Wilbur and Mildred Weaver along with his three brothers. Wil also served in the US Army from 1966 -1968 with which he served for the 9th Military Police Company in Okinawa.

Wil was a devoted family man, He enjoyed family gatherings, and spending time with the grandchildren. He loved vacationing in Maine and on weekends enjoyed visiting local estate or yard sales. Wil leaves his beloved wife of 48 years. Patricia, along with children Jason of Palm Beach Gardens, FL and Jill Weaver Jones and her husband Tony of Halifax, Ma. He is also survived by grandchildren Daniel and Ariana and his brothers, Scott of Hewitt NJ, Douglas of Tom's River, NJ and Kevin of Franklin Lakes NJ.

Wilbur   rest  in peace . I always  thought  as  Wilbur as a kind and  gentil person. So  God  took a good  man to  be  with  him.

I agree Pat, I also found Wil to be a very kind and gentile person.  Quiet but friendly, a nice person to be around.  Rest in peace Wil, my condolences to your family.

I also remember Wilbur as a kind friend, especially in our younger years in Maywood scools. Although I haven't spoken to him since school years, I often remember him as a good person with a great soul from my past.
