On this Veteran's Day 11/11/2009 I want to remember Larry Hayes.

Larry was a friend and he served in the USAF. I do not remember all the details, but he was seriously injured while refueling aircraft in 1962. We visited Larry at Walter Reed Hospital in Washington,DC where he lay unconscious for many years before he passed. It was a difficult time for his family and those that loved him.
