My precious son passed away with a massive heart attack on 6/6/2021. One of the two worst days of my life.

Our son Michael is an attorney practicing criminal, family and personal injury law with an office in Conyers. He is married to Sarah Oglesby Waldrop, a Teacher at Madison County High School. They have two daughters - Caroline Gatlin Zavislak (studied classical voice and is a graduate of The Chicago College of Performing Arts), now pursuing her vocal career and married to Peter Zavislak (Doctor of Anesthesiology at Rush Memorial Hospital in Chicago), his practice and their home is in Carmel, IN; and Katarina Waldrop. Kat is a graduate of North Oconee High School, Jacksonville University in Jacksonville, FL and a Graduate of Valdosta State University in Clinical Psychology. I am a Great Grandma of two beautiful baby girls, Evelyn Rose Zavislak and Clara Magdalena Zavislak.

Due to my husband's illness I cut back to working only part-time. But like most real estate agents, we always think 'that BIG one' is just around the corner! ;) I love spending time with my children, and travel. Each time I mention retiring, Sheri (my partner), says NO! ;)
