Eileen (Hutchison) Sakamoto

January 13, 1954 - May 15, 2010

Eileen H. Sakamoto, 56, of Easton, passed away Saturday, May 15, 2010 at her home.

Born: January 13, 1954, in Wilson Borough, she was a daughter of Emma Mullen Hutchison, of Bethlehem Township and the late Arthur Hutchison.

Personal: She and her husband, Allen T., celebrated their 33rd wedding anniversary on October 9, 2009.

Eileen was currently working as a cafeteria manager at March Elementary School where she was employed for 20 years. Previously she worked for Penn Pump.

She graduated from Wilson High School in 1971 and Northampton Community College.

Eileen enjoyed reading, needlepoint, gardening and her walking club where she served as a mentor.

Survivors: surviving in addition to her husband, Allen and mother, Emma; are two sons, Ryan A., of Falls Church, VA and Sean M., at home; a sister, Carole S. Hocking and her husband Kevin, of Palmer Township; and a niece, Sarah Hocking, of Palmer Township.
