Nancy Walter Derringer

BETHLEHEM Nancy J. Derringer, 64, formerly of Bethlehem and Wilson Borough, PA, passed away Friday, Oct. 13, 2017 in Valley Manor Health & Rehabilitation Center. Born Feb. 9, 1953 in Wilson Borough, PA, she was a daughter of the late Harvey G. and Doris J. (Brinker) Walter.

Nancy was a 1971 graduate of Wilson Area High School.

She enjoyed watching television and rocking in her rocking chair. She loved raising her parakeets.

Surviving are two brothers, Gary G. Walter, of Allentown, and Bruce A. Walter and his wife, Shirley, of West Easton, PA; her former husband, Robert Derringer, of Bethlehem; and nieces. In addition to her parents, she was predeceased by a brother, Neal R. Walter.

Private graveside services will be held at the convenience of the family in Farmersville Cemetery. The Strunk Funeral Home, Inc., Wilson Borough, is in charge of arrangements.
