Thinking about the past and THOSE MAGICAL MYSTERY TOUR years, I really had a very hard time remembering my senior year and my graduation. Low and behold, my parents did take pictures and that included the ball I attended with my date, Rita (not from crestwood); thus having those pictures to see, I suppose I actually DID graduate. Amazing! I do remember smashing my friend Bernie Sanden's car (a black corvair) while playing chicken with another student (Danny Lawson). It was on Beech Daly and I made a sharp right turn from the left lane at 30 miles an hour and smashed right into a parked RV. The car made it back to the parking lot with a dangling headlight. Bernie at first didn't believe me until he saw the car. Was he mad? You betcha! It wasn't my fault though. I do clearly remember that it was the fault of the LSD that we all took a little before that infamous ride! Wow what a high school time we had.

I miss the old days a lot. This world has changed too many times and mostly not for the better. And they thought WE were rebels and hippies. At least there was a lot of advocacy of peace and love not war and betrayals.
