I have been married to Joyce for 35 years and we have two children and one grandchild. I graduated from SCC with a degree in Food Service Management. I have been in Food Service sales for over 30 years.In 1994 ,Joyce and i built and owned a Chinese restaurant at 16th and Old Cheney called "WOK on Old Cheney" We ran that restaurant for 6 years. In 1998 while still running the "Wok", Joyce and I created 4 Chinese Stir Fry sauces that are available in Grocery stores in Lincoln, Omaha, Hastings, Grand Island, Columbus, Fremont and Council Bluffs Iowa area.They are also available on our website www.orientalsecrets.net. Over the years we have won several foods show contest awards for our 4 sauces.
