It is proposed that all contributions of Rs 10000 or more be acknowledged on a donor wall at the entrance of the auditorium. The likely appearance of the donor wall is as below:

Amounts less than Rs 10,000 will be acknowledged in a donor books kept at the entrance lobby.

Income Tax exempt Information

Donations made to Hazaribag Jesuits Education Society (PAN No. AAATH0900Q) is income tax exempt under section 80 G (5) (vi) of the Income Tax Act 1961. As St. Xavier's School is a unit of HJES and donations made to the school (auditorium) are income tax exempt. Donors who wish to receive IT exemption are requested to make the donation in favour of HAZARIBAG JESUITS EDUCATION SOCIETY. The relevant IT exemption code is Memo No. A.A./Haz/ Tech /80G/ 2013-14/ 2087-89. HJES will transfer the amount to St. Xavier's School Auditorium Fund.
