Laboratories

St. Xavier's has one of the best school laboratories in the region and an excellent tradition of students' scientific experimentation under the able guidance of highly competent teachers. The labs are well-equipped with all the facilities required for practical work up to the Plus Two level and even beyond. Experiments are performed very methodically with each student having individual apparatus to carry out the experiments. All the four labs (Physics, Chemistry, Biology, and Mathematics) are spacious, properly maintained and well-aired and illuminated.

THE JOHN MOORE COMPUTER CENTRE

The JMCC, a memorial to Fr John Moore S.J., the founding Principal, was established in 1991 for the teaching of Computer Science to students. The JMCC has three well-maintained state of the art computer labs with more than 150 terminals equipped with broadband internet. One of these labs is dedicated to language and mathematics learning.
