CITIZENSHIP EDUCATION at the Ross Street School, taught so thoroughly that I developed a life-long love of first local, then national and world history. For me, Mrs. Philbin was the heir to Bruce Catton ... with the apparently forgotten Sam Krchniak encouraging me along the way.
