1. Sets 2000 to 2010: 25% discount 
(Token fee to be paid will be #7,500 only)

2. Sets 2011 to 2015: 40% discount 
(Token fee to be paid will be #6,000 only)

3. Sets 2016 to 2020: 60% discount 
(Token fee to be paid will be #4,000 only)
