As a free service to the map enthusiast community, the Washington Map Society volunteers to provide a web presence for map societies, clubs, or enthusiast groups that do not presently have a website.

Please keep the following in mind:

• This is a pilot project and we do not represent we will provide a permanent presence. 
• Should we decide to cancel this service, we will give adequate notice (30 days) for each organization to find an alternative.
• Neither the Washington Map Society nor this webmaster represent the information provided by each society is accurate or timely.
• We do not edit the information you provide. We have trouble finding our own typos.
• Even though the WMS webmaster will post information, each organization is responsible for supplying and managing information contained in their section.
• We can post a few pictures.
• If a society wishes to have access to the password protected areas of the WMS site, they must join the WMS.  Click HERE for membership information.
• We try to post information within 24 hours, but due to travel and work sometimes it may take longer.
