Spotted in Porto, Portugal at a local shop. The shop had apparently supported the First Annual Colonial Portuguese Exposition, held here in 1934. This certificate of appreciation has wonderful coats of arms of Portugal and its colonies in 1934, with a nice map showing the worldwide reach of Portugal, thanks to aggressive exploration. The biggest holding, Brazil, had already achieved independence. Look too at the interesting imagery in the cartouche at bottom left.
