VILLAGE AT APACHE WELLS

SPECIAL BOARD MEETING

MAY 23, 2023

 

1. The meeting was called to order at 8:00 a.m. MST by Borgwardt.

 

2. Proof of meeting notice was acknowledged. Present: Roger Borgwardt, president, Steve Patton, vice-president, Jean Mills, secretary, Sheryl Brown, treasurer, Jeff Coughlin, director-at-large and Cheri Maniz, manager.

 

3. The preliminary Reserve Study Report from Association Reserves dated 5/4/23 was reviewed in depth. Corrections and priorities given to the 156 items were made. We have 60 days to provide this input to the company so they can write the final report.

 

4. One bid addressing minimal repairs to the North pool decking has been received and will be voted on at the June 13, 2023, board meeting.

 

5. For the good of the order. The starting time of future board meetings through September will be 8:00 a.m. MST.

 

6. Date of the next meeting: June 13, 2023.

 

7. Tentative meeting dates: all second Tuesdays at 8:00 a.m. MST – August 8, 2023, and September 12, 2023. No meeting in July.

 

8. Annual Meeting – February 20, 2024, at 6:00 p.m. MST.

 

9. It was moved by Brown and seconded by Patton to adjourn at 9:35 a.m. MST.
