VILLAGE AT APACHE WELLS
BOARD MEETING MINUTES
AUGUST 9, 2022

I. The meeting was called to order at 8:28 am MST by Borgwardt.
II. Proof of notice of meeting acknowledged. Present: Borgwardt, Patton,
Mills, Brown, Coughlin and Maniz.
III. It was moved by Patton and seconded by Coughlin to approve the
minutes of July 12, 2022. Motion passed.
IV. Owner Concerns: none.
V. It was moved by Mills and seconded by Patton to approve the
treasurer’s report. Motion passed.
VI. Manager’s Report – approved as presented. There are no units for sale
now.
VII. Landscape – no report.
VIII. Buildings – no report.
IX. Unfinished Business:
A. Roofing: Maniz and Coughlin are still waiting for Chris to schedule
their conference call. Monies due to his company are being held.

B. All painting has been completed.
C. It was moved by Patton and seconded by Mills to postpone the
the north pool project until next year. Motion passed.
X. New Business:
A. The board in its fiduciary responsibility will research the most
efficient options for running the association.
B. The CC&Rs need to be redone to be brought up to date.
C. It was moved by Mills and seconded by Patton to spend $1010 on
the yearly overseeding of the green space. Motion passed.
XI. The next board meeting will be held September 13, 2022.
XII. The manager will be on vacation August 23-30, 2022. Del Schmidt will
be available to handle emergencies.
XIII. It was moved by Brown and seconded by Patton to adjourn at 9:46 am
MST.
