Conway M. Elton

Conway Millard Elton, age 86, of Winona, passed away on December 23, 2025, in Winona. 

He was a long-time resident of Winona, working at Home Federal Savings Bank (Alerus) for 40 years. Had he lived, on January 16, 2026, he would have been married to Elizabeth “Beth” Elton for 45 years.

Visitation will be held at Central Lutheran Church in Winona on Monday, January 5, 2026, from 9:30 AM until the funeral service at 11 AM.

Pallbearers will be his grandchildren, and honorary pallbearers are Dave Arnold, Jim Engbrecht, Dave Hazelton, Bob Skeels, and Frank Wohletz. 

Cards and remembrances can be directed to the Beth & Conway WSU Scholarship Fund for non-traditional students or to Central Lutheran Church.

Private family interment will be held at Woodlawn Cemetery in Winona.
