THE VILLAGE AT APACHE WELLS HOMEOWNERS’ ASSOCIATION

EMERGENCY BOARD MEETING MINUTES
ARIZONA STSTUTE 33-1804
JUNE 27, 2025

I. The emergency meeting was called to order at 11:00 a.m. MST by President
Patton to discuss/approve repairs to Building B after a recent fire.
II. Notice of meeting was posted on the bulletin board. Present: Steve Patton,
President, Jeff Coughlin, Vice-President, Jean Mills, Secretary, Sheryl Brown,
Treasurer, Gail Smith, Director At-Large, and Cheri Maniz, Manager.
III. Rob Parsons from Unforgettable Coatings assessed the roofing holes that were
cut during the fire and prepared a quote for needed repairs.
Motion to Approve a contract for the repairs to be done by Unforgettable
Coatings for $4,209.00 with $2,104.50 due as a downpayment was made by Mr.
Coughlin and seconded by Ms. Mills. Passed unanimously.
IV. Motion to Approve up to $4,000.00 for repair of cut outs to soffits and metal
areas as a result fire damage to B9-B12 was made by Mr. Coughlin and
seconded by Ms. Smith. Passed unanimously.
V. Discussion of replacement windows, door, and power washing will be on the July
8, 2025, agenda. Mr. Patton will get further input from our insurance company.
VI. Dates of upcoming meetings: July 8, 2025, August 11, 2025, September 9, 2025
and Ocober8, 2025. All are on the second Tuesday and begin at 8:00 a.m. MST.

VII. Motion to Approve adjourning at 11:17 a.m. MST was made by Mr.
Coughlin and seconded by Ms. Smith. Passed unanimously.
